Sliding fee scale: $5 – $15 drop-in
This individualized class focuses on experiencing the present moment, making choices for yourself, taking safe, effective action and creating rhythms based on your own needs. If you’ve ever said, “I’m too (stiff, old, out of shape, scared, overweight, etc. etc.) for yoga!” this class is for you.
This simple, breathing-based practice reduces stress, enlivens all systems of the body and helps increase positive regard for oneself and others.
Slowly build strength, flexibility and balance on all levels – mental, physical and emotional.
This class may be appropriate for those who have experienced physical injury, illness or other trauma. Please get your primary health care provider’s approval prior to practicing yoga.
