Welcome! Are you a highly sensitive person (HSP)? It’s estimated that 20% of the population is. This is a trait that may not be well understood, both by people who are highly sensitive as well as others who are not. Sensitivity is a superpower. But we live in a busy, noisy world that can feel overwhelming for an HSP.

As an HSP, you’ll thrive when you have a better understanding of your unique gifts and needs, develop a lifestyle that supports you and have a community of other HSPs. You’ll find that and more in the HSP Collective.

Spring Revive. March 25 – April 22

Join us for a relaxing and comfortable workshop where you can learn more about your trait, how to take care of your sensitivity and how to hone your superpowers.

In addition to connecting with other HSPs, You’ll get effective strategies, based on Ayurveda and yoga therapy, to soothe your system before, during and after overwhelming events and activities. And, we’ll talk about one of the most important thing in an HSP’s life – rest. Have a simple method for discerning when it’s too much and when it’s not enough.

This is an in-person workshop series held at Cadence Chiropractic. 6409 City W Pkwy #105, Eden Prairie, MN 55344

Take The Quiz! Are you an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person)?

Once you understand your highly sensitive nature, you can make empowered choices to live your best life. Take this quiz to find out. You'll receive your results along with tips to help you appreciate and nourish your sensitivity.

This quiz is simply to promote greater self-understanding. It is in no way intended to diagnose or treat. HSP is not a condition or a disorder. It’s a genetic trait.

This quiz is based on the pioneering work of Dr. Elaine Aron, who articulated the term “Highly Sensitive Person”, my own life as an HSP, and decades of experience helping people better understand and regulate their own nervous system and energy body.
