Natural Solutions for Attention and Focus – A workshop for Parents
Is your child struggling to pay attention and focus? Have you been experiencing pressure from teachers and doctors to medicate your child? Join us for this two hour workshop to learn about natural solutions that are often safer, faster acting, more effective and less expensive than other options.
Mindfulness, breathing, Yoga and aromatherapy are safe, effective and engaging for children. Learn simple strategies you can use at home. Get your child ready for a relaxing summer and great school year this fall.
Participants will be seated at tables. Dress in street attire (we won’t be doing headstands on a yoga mat!)
The workshop begins with a presentation on the science and research. Then, you will be able to experience these simple practices and their immediate effect. You can use these at home without any further training. There is time for questions and comments.
