You’re in and you’ve just given yourself an incredible gift. Take a deep breath and relish it.
These are the details of the retreat. If you have ANY questions at all, please call or send me an email. I’m here to support you in having a wonderful experience.
The retreat is being held at
Near the intersection of 21st St and Roosevelt Park Dr
(262) 456-3212 (Give this number to your people, should they need to reach you)
Arrive anytime after 4pm. Depart by 2pm on Sunday.
What to bring:
Bring your own props; a yoga mat, one or two blankets and maybe even a bolster or pillow. If you don’t have these items, or don’t know what I’m talking about…give me a call. I’ll help get you set up.
If you plan to take walks (it’s right on Lake Michigan by a park) bring boots and warm outdoor gear.
Bring your personal items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soaps, creams and lotions as well as slippers, PJs, and comfy clothes. Our weekend will be a mix of gentle movement, sitting and deep, snuggling relaxation. Dress in layers for comfort.
You will have your own or shared room, as requested, and there are shared bathrooms.
You may also want to bring a journal, an inspiring book or art materials. Traditionally, a silent retreat involves no input or output in the form of reading, writing, etc. but you are welcome to tailor this experience to your own needs and interests. If you would like to discuss/ponder what will best support your intention, please give me a call.
My intention for this weekend is to support you deeply in finding a sense of ease, joy and purpose that will inspire you for the year.
Please call me at 312.391.2176 with any questions.
I’ll send you and email the week of the training to check in with last minute details.
I’m delighted to have you join us.
